Xenia also launched SHORT CUTS, a development scheme with a £1,000 film fund, which she continues to produce for Shooting People - the independent filmmakers network. In 2018 Xenia was awarded the Last Word Film Fund by the Ex-Animo Foundation to produce PORCELAIN, a short experimental film about the pursuit of 'whiteness' in South East Asia. This fund is in run collaboration with Roundhouse's filmmaker mentorship programme, from which Xenia received mentorship from MisFits Entertainment where she now works as assistant to the producers Ian Bonhôte and Andee Ryder.
